In 2001, Matt completed his Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney. He started out his career at Bankstown Hospital, where he loved the patients and staff so much, he stayed for over 20 years!
While working at Bankstown, in 2011, Matt completed a Diploma of Management. For 9 years he managed a team of over 50 physiotherapists, then joined the hospital executive as Director of Allied Health and was responsible for managing over 150 allied health staff.
Matt opened Physio Inq Menai in 2023. Matt’s business mantra is ‘change lives.’ Employees have the power to change the lives of each person they treat, and at the same time, he aims to change the lives of his staff, ensuring they achieve a work-life balance and get what they want out of work.
In his younger days, Matt represented Sydney in cricket and taught kids’ karate while making his way through university. He currently enjoys bushwalking with his wife, and daughter, and road cycling.
Clinic Co-Owner + Manager
Alison joins Physio Inq Panania with over 20 years of experience working in the Health and Community sectors. After completing a Diploma of Community Services (Welfare) in 2000, Alison worked in youth health education. Alison went on to complete a Bachelor of Social Work in 2005 and while studying, worked in community development for a local council, focusing on Health and Disability portfolios. After graduating, Alison moved into the child protection arena, followed by Women and Children’s Health, working as a Senior Social Worker at a large urban hospital. Alison then went on to complete a Masters of Social Science degree in 2012, and took up a role coordinating a large paediatric health program for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District. More recently, Alison has been working for a not-for-profit organisation, providing emergency relief casework and community development projects, to vulnerable members of the community.
Alison is excited to be taking on this new role with Physio Inq Menai. Her vision is to bring public health values of equity and access to the private sector. Outside of work, Alison enjoys practicing yoga and pilates and bushwalking with her family.
Liam Delle Coste
Remedial Massage Therapist
Liam is an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist having completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificate IV in Massage Therapy. Liam has experience with deep tissue and remedial massage, relaxation massage, and sports massage.
Liam has extensive experience in the sports field having previously completed a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science. He has a long sporting history working with sporting clubs such as a trainer for Southern Districts Rugby.
Liam is very personable and enjoys working with clients and within the team. He joins the team having worked at a number of massage clinics as well as operating his own Remedial Massage business out of his home.
Liam is passionate about working with clients of all ages and goals. He enjoys working with athletes, the elderly and people with a disability. He loves working with people who are experiencing pain or those where a disability is impairing their function as he finds those people can often benefit the most from his therapy.
Liam is very family and sport-orientated spending much of his spare time between family and soccer.
San has had 25 years experience in Physiotherapy having worked as a Senior Physiotherapist at Bankstown Hospital for 15 years. San has extensive experience in most areas of Physiotherapy including Women’s Health; Child and Youth Physiotherapy; Hands Therapy; Sports and Musculoskeletal injuries; Aged Care Physiotherapy. San has been an examiner for the Australian Physiotherapy Council for many years and has completed a Certificate IV in Business Management. San has been involved in numerous research projects in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. San has an extremely caring nature, ensuring all her patients get the best possible care. She enjoys mentoring the next generation of Physiotherapists and passing on her extensive knowledge. A mother of 3 and a black belt in Aikido. San enjoys hiking and swimming. She enjoys reading sci fi and watching horror movies. She loves crafting, word and brain games.
Client Relationship Manager
Katie has a passion for helping people and the community. She loves working with kids, having worked as a before and after school care educator, as well as running children’s programs at Padstow Community Church.
Katie works with us while currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work so she can further her role in health and in helping people and the community.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, going to concerts and playing sport with her friends.
Client Relationship Manager
Shaun has a passion for customer service and a highly professional manner. Shaun is currently studying Physiotherapy and also provides sports Physiotherapy coverage as a student. He has a passion for mixed martial arts and a dream to compete in the future. He has worked collaboratively with Australian premier league soccer teams in sports injury prevention and rehabilitation. Shaun loves to work on and talk about cars! He loves to take his husky for walks.
